Asterisk Control Panel for Macintosh Users
Asterisk Launcher is a native MacOS X GUI application to control the Asterisk telephony server software running on the same Macintosh computer. Asterisk Launcher shows the current status of the Asterisk server daemon and allows it to start and stop the daemon and to reload its configuration. In addition, it can enable or disable automatic launch of the Asterisk server daemon during system startup. Asterisk Launcher is available free of charge.

Asterisk™ provides all of the features you would expect from a PBX and more.
