  • Commercial support for Asterisk and OpenPBX installations, setup and configuration

    Sunrise provides commercial support for Asterisk and OpenPBX installations, setup and configuration on MacOS X, BSD and Linux. Support can be provided by internet chat, email and telephone. Support fees are charged on a per hour basis. Depending on scope of work, fixed price support may be negotiated in advance.

    Typical support tasks are:

  • installation of Asterisk or OpenPBX with auto-launch at system startup
  • configuration of IP telephone clients, incl. softphones, ATAs and hardware IP phones
  • setting up a dialplan with auto-attendant, voicemail, inbound and outbound dialing
  • configuration of inbound and outbound connections with VoIP service providers
  • troubleshooting of VoIP connectivity and SIP NAT traversal problems
  • configuration/troubleshooting of PSTN interfaces

  • Commercial support for Virtual Private Network setup and configuration

    Sunrise provides commercial support for IPsec based VPN setup and configuration on MacOS X, BSD and Linux. Support can be provided by internet chat, email and telephone. Support fees are charged on a per hour basis. Depending on scope of work, fixed price support may be negotiated in advance.

    Typical support tasks are:

  • on MacOS X and BSD, configuration of KAME/Racoon to establish VPN tunnel to remote IPsec host
  • on Linux, configuration of FreeSwan or OpenSwan to establish VPN tunnel to remote IPsec host
  • configuration of third party VPN router to establish VPN tunnel to remote IPsec host
  • securing VoIP telephone traffic between offices via VPN tunneling
